A top graduate of The University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston, Dr. Cameron is among the youngest dentists to complete the prestigious Spear Education curriculum – an achievement that now sees him return to Spear as an educator, mentoring fellow dentists on advanced treatment protocols and interdisciplinary care.

His training is both extensive and elite. Dr. Cameron is a graduate of the MISCH Implant Institute’s rigorous year-long program and has trained directly under world-renowned experts including Dr. Pat Allen in minimally invasive gum grafting and advanced crown lengthening techniques, as well as Dr. Khoury and Dr. Rossi in advanced bone grafting. With additional certification in phlebotomy and PRF (Platelet Rich Fibrin) techniques, his biologically-driven approach delivers optimal results with maximum healing potential.

As a detail-oriented provider with an exceptional work ethic, Dr. Cameron is known for his thorough, thoughtful, and evidence-based approach to dentistry. Whether he is planning a full-mouth rehabilitation or performing precise soft tissue surgeries, his care is guided by one clear principle: excellence without compromise.

Dr. Cameron grew up in New Mexico and is a proud third-generation dentist – following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather. He earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from Texas Tech University, graduating #1 in his class, before going on to complete a master’s in molecular pathology. His research contributions at MD Anderson Cancer Center reflect his deep-rooted love for science and a relentless pursuit of knowledge that continues to inform his work today.

After dental school, Dr. Cameron returned to New Mexico to work in his father’s practice, honing his skills before returning to Houston to reunite with his wife, Dr. Sarah Waters. Together, they now practice with a shared vision: delivering transformative dentistry that is both patient-centered and elevated in every detail.

Dr. Cameron is an active member of the American Dental Association®, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Academy of Laser Dentistry, the MISCH Implant Institute, and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Cameron finds balance in fishing, biking, experimenting in the kitchen and enjoying quality time with Dr. Sarah and their energetic German Shepherd, Stella.

It was at dental school where she met her husband, Dr. Cameron, and together they share a commitment to giving back. Dr. Sarah has traveled on multiple mission trips to underserved communities in Nicaragua and Honduras, bringing essential dental care and education to those in need.

Outside the office, you will find her hiking local trails or running alongside her loyal German Shepherd, Stella. She cherishes time spent with family and friends and brings that same sense of connection into every patient relationship.
